People search grok price, how much is grok, grok cost, and how much is grok per month because the name SuperGrok covers more than one product. xAI lists Free, SuperGrok Lite, SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Business, and Enterprise on the pricing page. What $30 SuperGrok includes

SuperGrok at $30 a month is the middle consumer plan. The pricing page ties it to the Grok 4.6 model, Grok Bot, connectors, higher rate limits, an Expert search mode, SOC 2 Type I and Type II, and image and video generation. That is the plan most “how much is SuperGrok” questions are about. A yearly option has been offered at about one month free (trackers have cited $300 a year). Treat the yearly toggle on grok.com/plans as the live offer, because a promo can replace it without a docs change.

SuperGrok is not the same thing as X Premium. X Premium+ has been sold near $40 a month and includes Grok inside X along with X features. If a receipt says X and not SuperGrok, you are on a different subscription. Cancelling one does not cancel the other.

SuperGrok Plus at $100

SuperGrok Plus is listed at $100 a month. xAI describes it as everything in SuperGrok, plus 1080p video, higher usage across Chat, Imagine, Voice, and Build, faster replies, priority at peak times, and early access to new features. If your question is “which plan can create 1080p video,” Plus is the tier that states it on the pricing page. Heavy may include that capability too, but Plus is the first plan whose public blurb names 1080p.

Lite at $10 and Heavy at $300

The pricing table includes SuperGrok Lite and SuperGrok Heavy as columns. The page extract we checked prints dollar amounts for Free, SuperGrok, and Plus, and names Lite and Heavy without repeating those two prices in the same block. The Economic Times reported on 26 March 2026 that xAI launched SuperGrok Lite at $10 a month, with 480p video capped at six seconds, a small daily creation allowance, chat sessions up to twice as long as the free tier, and one AI agent. SuperGrok Heavy has been sold at $300 a month since xAI introduced it with the multi-agent Grok 4 line in July 2025. Plan comparison sites still showed Lite at $10 and Heavy at $300 in late August 2026, including a note that Heavy has used a lower introductory rate for the first months.

Pay the figure on the subscribe screen. Regional tax, a first-month discount, or a retired promo will not match a blog from March. This guide does not sell subscriptions.

There is no unlimited free Grok

Searches for grok 4 free unlimited, grok free unlimited, grok ai free unlimited, and free grok describe a wish, not a plan. The free tier exists. xAI calls the limits “generous,” which means a cap, not an open meter. When the cap hits, the product asks you to wait or to subscribe. A page, extension, or APK that promises unlimited Grok 4 for free is not an xAI product. Grok limits explains what those caps cover.

“Can I use Grok AI for free” has a yes, with that cap. Open grok.com or the official iOS or Android app, create an account, and use the free allowance. You do not need SuperGrok to ask a question, run voice mode, or connect the connectors listed on the free column.

Free trial, student price, and discount

Grok free trial, supergrok free trial, grok 7 day free trial, and grok 3 day free trial are all high-intent searches. xAI has run short trials and first-month cuts. Both a 3-day and a 7-day length show up in search because the offer changes. The plans page states the current length next to the button. If the button says “subscribe” and names a price with no trial, there is no trial on that account today. A second account to reset a trial breaks the product terms.
